Welcome Dr. Dinesh Vyas, MD

The Department welcomes Dr. Dinesh Vyas, MD, assistant professor, as the newest member to the clinical faculty, beginning in July 2011. Dr. Vyas is a general surgeon with interests in minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopic hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery, and trauma care. He comes to us from St. John Mercy Medical Center in Washington, MO, following completion of his residency with Case Western Reserve University. His interests in research are related to nanotechnology and cellular biology and physiology.
